I’m Brent Hafer — a lifetime Eagle River local and a 5th-generation Vilas County resident. Trees, woods, and the outdoors have been part of my life since I was old enough to follow my family through the forest.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve dedicated my work to understanding how trees grow, how they fail, and how to keep them healthy for future generations. I enjoy climbing, I enjoy the challenge, and I enjoy helping neighbors keep their property safe.
When I’m not in a tree, I serve on the Phelps Fire Department. Safety and community matter deeply to me — and that shows in my work. Hafer Tree Works is a small, owner-operated service, and every job gets my full attention.
